01. What do I need to shop at Lucky’s dispensaries?
Just a valid government-issued photo ID proving you’re 21 years of age or older.

02. Do you take credit or debit cards?
YES, we accept debit AND credit cards. There is also an ATM on site at each location.

03. Do I need a medical marijuana card?
No, anyone 21+ can shop at Lucky’s dispensary. Our Muskegon dispensary offers both medical marijuana products and recreational, too. No medical marijuana is necessary.

04. Where can I consume my weed?
Michigan has some pretty strict laws about where you can smoke your weed. Essentially, you’ll need to keep your consumption out of the public’s view. So don’t fire up while you’re walking down the street or traveling on any Michigan road in a car or boat. You can smoke your weed in a camper or tent in a State Park but not around the campfire. You can smoke on your private property of course.
Please don’t light up on Lucky’s property.

05. Do you have curbside service?
Yes, you can order online, and we’ll pop out and bring your order to you.

06. How much marijuana can I buy?
State law allows you to buy up to 2.5 ounces of recreational or medical cannabis product per day. If you’re buying edibles or tinctures, you can buy up to 16 ounces of solids (like a chocolate bar, gummies or cookies) or 36 ounces of liquids—tinctures or topicals.

07. Do you offer delivery?
At this time we do not offer delivery but we do offer our fantastic curbside pick-up that’s super quick and convenient!

08. Where does Lucky’s source its cannabis?
We like to focus our inventory on Michigan’s smaller, craft cannabis cultivators and processors, and we try to bring in marijuana that’s grown or made closer to our shops—it’s one way we can reduce the effect of our business on the health of the planet.

09. Cannabis or Marijuana?
We prefer to use the word cannabis, but we’re good with marijuana, weed, pot, grass, ganja or whatever you want to call it. We all have different names for cannabis, but what’s most important is that we all love this magical flower brought to us by Mother Earth with health and healing properties for everyone.

10. Oops! Let us fix it.
We know that sometimes products just don’t make the cut—a leaky vape cart, some overly leafy flower or a beat-up pre-roll. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
